Dear all, I am undertaking some research in the field of the possible legal obstacles to the use of AIS information for non-safety or security related purposes. It seems to be a new issue for European States, which are therefore very cautious. If I would extremely grateful if someone could let me know where I could find information on the Canadian approach to this matter. Thank you and best regards.Benedicte
